Privacy Policy

At Pathfinder East we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of visitors to our website and those we communicate with.

In light of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) this Privacy Policy provides you with information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it and how we keep it secure.


As part of registering on our website we collect your details which are likely to be used to send you our occasional useful, relevant information, or to respond to a request from you.  We may contact you if we need to respond to a request, obtain additional information, to check our records are correct, to send you a newsletter, or to check that you’re happy and satisfied.  We don’t rent or trade emails lists with other organisations or businesses.


We use a third-party provider, MailChimp to deliver some of our communications, such as newsletters and gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our communications.

Like most websites, we use cookies to collect information.  Cookies are small data files which are placed on your computer or other devices (such as smart ‘phones or ‘tablets’) as you browse this website.  They are used to ‘remember’ when your computer or device accesses our websites.

The cookies collect information about browsing behaviour when you access this website via the same computer or device.  This includes information about pages viewed and your journey around a website.  We do not use cookies to collect or record information on your name, address or other contact details.

When someone visits our website we use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns.  This is to find out information such as the numbers of visitors and details of visitor behaviour patterns.  The information is processed in a way which does not identify anyone.

Your Information

Your data is managed by the founder and director of Pathfinder East, Emma Finn.  

It is stored electronically and is protected by approved security software.
